All Adventurers and staff must be present to be invested, if they cannot make it, please let me know and I will add them to 2019 investiture list.

Please review the program and confirm that your club is able to complete the assigned task.
Remember the presentation should focus on what the adventurers learned during the club year and it should be between 2-5 minutes in length.

Here is the list of Investees for 2018. Please triple check that their names are spelled correctly. I will be printing the certificates next week.
Color Guards
Each Club should bring their own color guards.
Refreshments
Instead of assigning a club to bring items for the afternoon program, I am going to let directors decide. Please text the group which number your club will contribute.

3. Fruits (Mid-Hudson)
4. Plates, Cups, Forks, Napkins (Beacon)
5. Chips (Kingston)
